Presidency University

Presidency University is a private university in Dhaka, established in 2003 and based in Gulshan-2. Its schools cover engineering, business, liberal arts, social sciences and law. The Ulkaa Edu Rank 2027 places Presidency University in the 41-50 band. The position is computed from the published methodology. UGC figures record 2,019 students (2023) and 239 teachers, 16 of them with a PhD (2023).

The university runs three semesters a year: spring, summer and fall.
